CeTeau was awarded a huge project by PT Freeport Indonesia for PVD and PHD installation. Fast and efficient consolidation of the soil was required in order for the client to build the Gresik smelter plant, located in the JIIPE Gresik Industrial Estate. Once the construction is completed, the smelter facility will be processing copper, gypsum, sulfuric acid, and anode sludge concentrates covering multiple industries. Only for the copper cathodes, the facility will have a production capacity of 550,000 tons. This ground improvement project covered 28.411.396,9 linear meters in total, of which CeTeau successfully installed 14,119,253.22 linear meters within a record time of 7 months!
